there is a tendency within me to attempt to name and comprehend feelings, thoughts and emotions as soon as i become aware of them. my initial witnessing of a sensation quickly becomes a dissection. i am learning to simply feel. it is with the boundlessness of the being, beyond the confines of the mind, that sensations can truly be felt. they do not have to be labelled or calculated or compartmentalized or processed. consciousness can be directed towards a deeper comprehension. the mind can do what it likes, but it can not feel a feeling for you. it can mimic feeling through analysis, but it can not take you as deep or as far as your presence can.
