truly death is the only certainty in this life. this comes as a comfort to me, though it is painful to contemplate. our lives are often spent searching for guarantees or stability. but in the promise of death, we are given all the certainty we need. the promise of end, a welcoming home that is promised from the moment we are born.

i can not imagine a greater form of love than impermanence. the fact that all things are constantly changing and undefined. that is the greatest demonstration of freedom and forgiveness.
