that was the one of the most beautiful meditation sessions i’ve ever experienced. dwelled on how real fundamental change in the world has to start within. you have to give yourself the love you wish everyone else to experience – and live in a way you wish others to allow themselves to live. the overcast sunshine made the world behind my eyelids a bright white, and when i opened my eyes i saw the most energetic static i’ve ever seen. it looked as though the world was materializing in front of me, putting itself back together.

i just had the most beautiful shower. time expanded and disappeared simultaneously and i was thinking to myself that if this is as good as life gets – feeling warm water wash over me in a house full of people i love – that’s enough for me. that’s all i’ll ever need.
