here are some bits and bobs pulled from my journals - personal findings and musings collected across the last four years of existence. they have been lightly edited for the context, though an attempt has been made to preserve their handwritten, spontaneous, and somewhat unpolished character.

i am fascinated with personhood and deeply interested in recognising how personal growth acts as a microcosm for human evolution. i think that the more we share of our own learnings and unlearnings, the more adept we become in recognising that constant change and growth is something that runs through all of us. the more we understand the nature of change and growth in ourselves and each other, the more we understand the nature of existence. thus, the more we understand ourselves. and round and round and round again. enjoy.
